How should I prepare for a mobile treatment?

Your therapist will arrive with all the necessary equipment, including a massage table or waxing setup. Please ensure there is a quiet, clean space with enough room to set up. Your privacy is always respected - your level of undress depends on your comfort and the treatment being provided.

To ensure the therapist’s safety, we kindly ask that pets and young children are kept in a separate room during the session. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to get in touch before your appointment.

Do I need to tip my therapist?

Tipping is not expected but always appreciated if you’re pleased with your treatment.

How far will you travel?

We offer mobile treatments within a 10-mile radius of Watton, Norfolk. We’re happy to travel beyond this for bookings that meet a £25 minimum spend.

Are there any conditions that may prevent treatment?

For safety and hygiene, treatments cannot be carried out on broken skin, open wounds, or active infections. Please disclose any medical conditions or if you are pregnant at the time of booking so we can ensure the safest, most suitable treatment for you.

Is there an age restriction?

Clients must be 16 years or older to receive treatments.
