Minor injuries and illnesses are also covered.

This Ofqual-regulated course provides the foundation for the 2-day First Aid at Work requalification and the 3-day First Aid at Work course. Max 12 persons

First Aid at Work (FAW) - Ofqual Regulated

This 3-day (18 hours) comprehensive course is suitable for medium to high-risk environments and builds on the life-saving skills taught in the Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course. You’ll learn to manage head and spinal injuries, fractures, dislocations, burns, eye injuries, and more. Day 1 of this course covers the essential skills taught in the Emergency First Aid at Work course, while On Day 2 focuses on serious illnesses and injuries that can occur both in and outside the workplace.

First Aid Annual Refresher Course

Our Annual First Aid Refresher Training is designed to help qualified First Aiders maintain their essential skills and stay up to date with the latest first aid procedures.

Although the qualification period for First Aid at Work and Emergency First Aid at Work is three years, the HSE recognises that this can be a long time without practice — especially if a First Aider has not had the opportunity to use their skills regularly.

That’s why the HSE strongly recommends an annual refresher course. While not mandatory, this short course helps participants refresh their knowledge, practice key techniques, and rebuild confidence in responding to workplace injuries and illnesses.

This is a 3 hour non regulated qualification, but every participant receives a Certificate of Attendance, providing evidence of ongoing training and alignment with HSE best practice. Max 12 persons

Basic Life Support and Safe use of an AED - Ofqual Regulated

  • Managing an unresponsive casualty
  • Infection control

Basic Life Support (Non Regulated)
